The other I had a dish which is not usually found in the country I line in. Was it delicious? Of course. I am unaware of the allergic agents for my body because I rarely have any allergic reaction to any food. This is one of those time when I had a dish and my body did not respond well to it. Well, I have diarrhoea the next morning. I wok up at around 3:15AM in the morning due to uneasiness in my stomach. On waking up I started to feel nausea. I spent well over 30 minutes to allow my body to flush everything out that I ate the day before. It was horrible. I regretted eating the dish I was dying to eat before.
I really wished that our mouth should have a sensor for allergic foods. It would have been much better to remove the food that will not suite our body from the mouth rather than going through the horrifying experience of indigestion. It’s only when our body suffers, our mind begins to ponder over about what went wrong earlier.
Damn! I just recalled we have one of the most sophisticated minds on this planet, yet we can never tell what particular food caused the reaction in our body. All hail to involuntary muscles in our body.
Moreover, now that I think of it, humans must have been suffering from indigestion since the beginning yet our body did not develop any advanced mechanism for tackling such situations. I wonder, why so?
